What plan should I choose?
Choose a plan based on how many prompts you want to track, how much content you need to produce, and how many brands you’re managing.
Lite is the best starting point if you’re working solo and tracking a smaller set of topics. Pro is a better fit if you’re a growing team or you need more coverage, and Business is geared towards agencies or multi-brand teams running multiple campaigns at once.
For custom integrations, white-label, or API access, our Enterprise plans have you covered. If you’re unsure, most teams start with Lite, then upgrade once they hit prompt limits, need collaboration, or manage more brands.
How do I upgrade my Wordflow plan?
To upgrade your plan, simply click the dropdown in the top right, go to Subscription Management, click on Change Plan, and select the plan you want to upgrade to. See all available Wordflow plans here: https://app.wordflow.ai/plans
How do I cancel my subscription?

Can I downgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can. When you downgrade your plan, your current subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle and your new plan takes effect in the next billing cycle. All data and settings remain unchanged and accessible within the limits of your new plan.
Should I choose annual billing or monthly billing?
Monthly billing is pay-as-you-go. It’s a good fit if you’re still testing Wordflow, running a short campaign, or just want flexibility month to month.
Annual billing is a one-time payment for the year, and it comes with a 20% discount compared to paying monthly. Your plan features and usage limits stay the same either way, so pick a plan that gives you either better flexibility (monthly) or better value. (annual).
How do I switch from monthly to annual billing?
You can switch from monthly to annual billing in Subscription Management. Click your profile, go to Subscription Management, then select Annual and confirm.
If you have invoicing or procurement requirements, reach out to support and we’ll help you set it up.

Yes, annual plans are billed upfront at a 20% discount compared to paying monthly.
How is my subscription charged?
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal.
What payment methods are supported?
Most plans support credit/debit card payments through our payment processor. If you’re on an Enterprise arrangement, invoicing options may be available.
How do I update my billing details?

Any changes you make will apply to future charges and renewals.
Where can I find my invoices and receipts?
