What plans does Wordflow offer?
Wordflow offers Lite ($29/month), Pro ($59/month), and Enterprise ($99/month) plans, each with different credit allowances and features. Annual billing offers a 14% discount.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, you can switch your billing cycle at any time. If you move from monthly to annual, you’ll be charged the full annual amount immediately (with a 14% discount applied). If you switch from annual to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current annual cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately, and you’ll be charged a prorated amount based on the difference between your current plan and the new one. Downgrading your plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Do credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits roll over to the next month and expire if unused by the end of that period.
Can I top up credits without changing my plan?
Yes. You can purchase top-ups from your dashboard at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel via your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your billing cycle.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are only issued for billing errors, duplicate charges, or where required by law. Contact support@wordflow.ai within 14 days of the charge.
Where can I access my invoices?
Invoices are available in your dashboard and are also emailed to your registered address.
What happens if I run out of Flow credits?
You can purchase additional top-ups or upgrade your plan for more monthly credits.
How do I view my credit usage?
Your dashboard includes a credit tracker showing monthly usage and rollover balance.
Can I pause my subscription?
We currently do not offer pause functionality. You can cancel and reactivate later, but rollover credits will not be preserved.
Can I generate invoices with my business name or ABN?
Yes. You can update your billing information in your dashboard to include business details on your invoices.
How do promotional credits or trial bonuses work?
These are one-time credits that apply before monthly or rollover credits. They expire after 30 days unless used.
Can I switch between plans mid-month?
Yes. If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel before the end of a billing cycle?
You retain access to all features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the Free Plan, and any unused credits will expire.
