Getting Started

Your Brand Profile tells Wordflow who you are, so tracking and content stay accurate.

1. Go to [Brand & Strategy > Brand Profiles, TBC] and click [Create, TBC].
2. Add your brand name, website, industry and target market.
3. Add your positioning, key messages and tone of voice.
4. Add your main competitors.

You can edit it at any time, and manage several Brand Profiles in one account.

1. Go to [AI Search Campaigns > New campaign, TBC].
2. Choose a campaign type: Category Visibility, Brand Comparison or Brand Narrative.
3. Confirm your brand details, including the names people use for your brand.
4. Add competitors (required for Brand Comparison, recommended for Category Visibility).
5. Choose your topics and prompts. Wordflow suggests them, and you can edit the list.

Not sure which type to pick? Start with Category Visibility to see whether AI mentions you at all.

Your first results appear after the first tracking run, usually within [X hours, TBC] of creating the campaign. After that, tracking runs weekly, or daily for prompts on the Daily Tracking add-on.

Start with three views:

1. Overview: your visibility, mentions, citations and share of voice compared with competitors.
2. Missed Prompts: questions where AI mentions competitors but not you. These are your biggest gaps.
3. Pages & Citations: the websites AI cites for your prompts, and where your brand is missing.

Open a Missed Prompt, review its Recommended Action Plan and click Save to Action Hub. From the GEO Action Hub, click Write to create the content in GEO Writer, with the prompt's context already loaded.

Click the dropdown in the top right, go to Workspace Management and select Add Member. Invite by email, or add someone by name if they already have a Wordflow account.
