What exactly is Flow Managed, and how is it different from using the Wordflow platform myself?

The Wordflow platform gives you the insight, tools, and recommendations. Flow Managed layers a specialist team on top. We analyse the insights, build your strategy, and execute content on your behalf.

What is GEO, and why does it matter for my brand?

GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimisation, the practice of ensuring your brand appears in AI-generated answers across tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. As more users get answers directly from AI rather than clicking search results, showing up in those answers is becoming as important as traditional SEO.

Do I need to be a Wordflow subscriber to use the managed services?

No, but our managed services run on top of the Wordflow platform, which is what surfaces the data we use to inform your strategy and content. If you're not yet a subscriber, we'll walk you through both during a consultation – most clients start both at the same time.

What's the difference between FlowLaunch, FlowGEO, and FlowContent?

FlowLaunch is a one-time setup where we get your team trained and the platform configured to your business goals. FlowGEO is an ongoing strategic support that includes monthly analysis, recommendations, and alignment. FlowContent is execution: our team produces AI-ready content for you on a recurring basis. They can each be taken individually or combined as your needs grow.

I'm a small team or solo operator. Is this overkill?

That's actually the sweet spot for Flow Managed. You get a specialist team plugged into your existing workflow, a clear GEO road map, and expert AI content execution without hiring in-house. If you're resource-constrained, we handle the heavy lifting – so you stay focused on running and growing your business.

Can I start with one service and add others later?

Yes. Many clients start with FlowLaunch to get the foundation right, then layer in FlowGEO or FlowContent as their strategy matures. There's no lock-in to a fixed bundle.

I already have a content team. Which service is right for me?

FlowGEO. We work alongside your existing team to analyse performance, identify gaps, and deliver a clear monthly action plan. Your team handles execution while we handle the strategy and intelligence layer.

What does "AI-ready content" actually mean?

AI-ready content is structured to be cited and surfaced by large language models. It addresses the specific prompts people are asking AI tools, is written in a clear and factually grounded format, and is optimised for AI discoverability – not just traditional search ranking.

How does your team know what content to produce?

We use Wordflow's data: real prompts being asked in your category, gap analysis against competitors, and source citation tracking. Every piece of content is built directly from those gaps – not assumptions about what might rank.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

Most clients begin publishing AI-ready content within the first two to three weeks. Visibility improvements typically follow four to eight weeks after publication, depending on how competitive your category is. We track this through the platform and report monthly, so you always know where things stand.

How often is content delivered, and what formats do you produce?

Content is delivered on a weekly or monthly cadence, depending on your plan. Formats include articles, thought leadership pieces, structured FAQs, and other content types built for AI citation. Delivery schedules are confirmed during onboarding.

Do I own the content you produce?

Yes. All content produced under Flow belongs to you. We retain no rights to anything delivered as part of your engagement.

How much does it cost?

Flow Managed is scoped based on your business size, content volume, and which services you're combining. Book a consultation, and we'll put together a proposal tailored to your situation.

What does getting started look like?

We begin with a kick-off session to understand your brand, audience, and goals. From there, we configure the platform, set up your prompt and competitor tracking, and run onboarding sessions with your team. Most clients are fully operational within two weeks.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Flow Launch is typically a one-off engagement. FlowGEO and FlowContent are structured as ongoing retainers. Minimum terms are confirmed during your consultation – we'll always be upfront about what's involved before you commit.

How much time will this take from my team?

Relatively little. We run monthly alignment sessions and async check-ins to keep things moving. Your team reviews and approves content before it goes live. Flow is designed to reduce your workload – not add to it.

How do you ensure content fits our brand voice and compliance requirements?

Every piece of content goes through a brand and compliance review before delivery. We work within your guidelines and flag anything that requires legal or regulatory sign-off – particularly relevant to fintech, healthcare, and professional services.
